The British Science Festival is fewer than 50 days away now. On the 4 September, the Scottish ‘granite city’ will open its gates to all things science for six whole days.
Over the next seven weeks, we’ll be covering some of the highlights from the programme and letting you know about any special events to look out for during the Festival.
There really is something for everyone at the Festival this year, whether you want to get messy on the beach, discuss your views on assisted suicide, learn about the story of the continents with Iain Stewart, or find out about the science behind your favourite tipple.
We’re also running a number of competitions on our social media channels, including a goggle challenge on our Facebook page and a caption comp for our Twitter followers. There are two amazing Skywatcher telescopes up for grabs, so make sure you keep an eye on our page.
